In 2018, Lolita and Maureen added another credit to their entrepreneurial CV when they launched Monacolab. A boutique visual intelligence agency, implementing digital growth opportunities for brands.
In a short time. we’ve grown in size, evolved our capabilities, and sharpened our process. We are a result-driven team, we believe our success comes from the relationships we’ve built and the time we invest in our craft.
A girl from Belgium, with 10 years experience in China. Since her childhood, Lolita has been involved in the fashion industry and has grown up amongst business like-minded people which has given her the entrepreneurial drive. Having studied business at Shanghai, Jiao Tong University, she saw an opportunity to stay in China and work in the private label sector, creating collections for big bands like El Corte Ingles, Sears, and Inditex. Two years ago, she came to the conclusion that the work of influencers was underrated and that lead her to set up her next project, The Influencer Awards Monaco, which gained international traction in its first year. Monaco has been her home since 2017.
The awards promote and recognize the profession of influencers across 14 categories, something that never been done before. In October 2018, the event was named the ‘Oscars of the digital world’ gathering over 300 guests, generating over 81 million views on social networks and 7 million interactions. In 2019, IAM reached 500 millions views and achieved 30 million interactions online.

Versatile ambitious multilingual graduate with strong interpersonal skills and international experience always looking for a challenging new project. Focused on lean startup projects, her role is to craft and maintain a positive image for brands. Maureen previously worked as an online reputation manager in London. Maureen was overseeing high profile clientele, tasked with unmasking negative campaigns, Tracking cyber footprints, Data leakage assessment.
She was introduced to the influencer world when she first started her own blog in 2016 which she runs today just like a magazine. Lolita asked her to join the IAM team from year one. She heads the marketing and communications department.
